Return & Refund Policy

At Cyseekin Mobility, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return process.


Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Must include all items that were included inside the box (charger, keys, accessories, etc.)

To start a return, you must first contact us at support@cyseekinmobility.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item under this condition. Original and return shipping costs are nonrefundable, and we do charge a restocking fee of 20% order value for the return. Return shipping fees may vary depending on the chosen freight carrier. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipping and paying any fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to manufacturing defects)

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products returned after the 15-day return period

 


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team(support@cyseekinmobility.com) with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions

  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • For non-defect returns (change of mind, incorrect purchase, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For returns caused by Cyseekin Mobility (defects, shipping damage, or incorrect item), Cyseekin Mobility will cover all shipping and handling fees.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

    If approved:

    • Unless otherwise stated, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • Refund Processing Time:
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification when the refund is issued. 

    Note: 

    If you used a discount code, only the amount actually paid will be refunded.

    If you refuse delivery of an order we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% order value for the return. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method.


    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos or videos showing the issue

    We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


    Order Cancellations /Modification

    • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

    • If your order has already been shipped, it must go through the return process.

    • Address Change: Free of charge as long as no tracking number has been assigned.
