While we strive to provide reliable mobility solutions across the nation, due to the size, weight, and battery safety regulations of our power scooters, we currently do not offer standard shipping to the following locations:

Non-Contiguous US States: Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI).

Offshore US Territories: Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (USVI), Guam (GU), American Samoa (AS), and Northern Mariana Islands (MP).

Military Addresses: All APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

PO Boxes: We require a physical street address for all FedEx/Freight deliveries.
